Mithril Co., Ltd., a company specializing in industrial AI, announced that on June 1, it obtained the 'ISO 37001:2025' Anti-Bribery Management System certification following an audit by the Korea Compliance Institute (KCI). The certification reflects the company’s efforts to prevent internal corruption risks and strengthen its ethical management competitiveness.

KCI is an accredited certification body recognized by IAS. Through this audit, KCI confirmed that Mithril’s management practices comply with international standards.

ISO 37001 is an international certification standard that specifies policies, procedures, and management systems to prevent, detect, and respond to corruption risks within an organization. Under these standards, companies are required to implement continuous improvement activities and establish internal control systems, thereby enhancing transparency and credibility.

This certification covers Mithril’s core business operations, including the development and supply of AI vision-based automation solutions, as well as overall system integration (SI) services. With all primary business areas included in the scope, Mithril has received official recognition for integrating anti-corruption frameworks directly into its technology development and business operations.
