Mithril and Echo IT Sign MOU for Joint AI-Powered Industrial Safety DX Business

AI specialized company Mithril (CEO Jo Jeong-hyun) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with IT service specialist Echo IT (CEO Hong Seong-ho) for a "Joint Business on AI-Based Digital Transformation (DX) for Enhancing Industrial Safety."
The signing ceremony took place on January 23 at Echo IT's headquarters. The agreement aims to substantially advance safety management standards at industrial sites by combining Mithril's field-specialized vision and multimodal AI technology with Echo IT's expertise in corporate IT and SAP-based system implementation. Through this agreement, the two companies plan to collaborate on:
Driving joint business initiatives for industrial safety AI solutions
Expanding the integration of Mithril's industrial safety AI solution, "Guardian-Alpha," with enterprise IT environments
Interlocking with SAP-based AX (AI Transformation) and DX systems
Jointly developing domestic and international markets and executing marketing strategies
This partnership focuses on building an industrial safety DX model that transforms overall site operations beyond simple technology adoption, centered on practical feasibility and business viability.
Mithril has developed and operated field-oriented AI safety solutions that comprehensively recognize worker behavior, hazardous situations, and environmental context based on real-world data accumulated from high-risk industrial sites. Through this partnership, Mithril aims to expand the application scope of industrial safety AI from the site level to the organizational and systemic level by seamlessly connecting its core technology with enterprise-wide systems.
